The Productivity Commission August 2024 Report found a lack of innovation in building and construction industry.
Everyone is concerned and talking about it. No one has a solution how to achieve better faster cheaper construction of apartments for rent and sale.
High cost, low profit, shortage of labour and material are well known since 2020 and there is no chance of any real change in the future unless we innovate and think outside the box.
