How it works

Façade1st reverses the sequence of current costly, high-risk and time consuming construction method.

The method requires the façade to be installed 2 floors above the last floor and remain on site as the permanent façade after construction.

​

During construction, the method enables the façade to act as a protective barrier eliminating the need for temporary works including screens, scaffolding and handrails.
